Commissioner, contained in an endorsement dated Aug. 27, 1868, you will sell at public auction, the wooden building situated at Chimborazo, now used as a place of worship by the 4th (cold) Baptist Church of this City, in accordance with provisions of Sec. 12, Act of July 16, 1866, continuing this Bureau.

This expenditure is based upon an application of C.P. Goodyear, A.S.A.C., dated Aug. 24th, 1868.
