Maria - Theresa Maria-Theresa, one of the six original "Isadorables," was discovered when a child by the great Isadora Duncan. Such was her spontaneity and natural grace that she was immediately invited to join Isadora's famous group in Gruenwald. She danced with her teacher throughout the world, until 1921 having reached maturity Maria-Theresa separated from Duncan. This classic dancer looks back on two decades of great achievement throughout Europe and America. A series of concerts in Carnegie Hall and the Guild Theatre won her plaudits from critics and public. She has toured the art centers of the world and has everywhere been greeted by tumultuous applause. Program 1. PIANO SOLO 2. SUITE OF SEVEN MAZURKAS Chopin Maria-Theresa and the Heliconiades 3.
