Dear Madam:- Your letter of March 20th, making inquiry about accomodations for the current week, was delayed in reaching me. I appreciated your interest very much and am sorry that my reply has been so late. On September 30th last, the U.S. Government took over the Greenbrier and its surrounding estate for coversion [[conversion]] into an Army Hospital, thereby removing it from participation in private business.
