Regarding Apartment 8A, 47 East 61st Street, Mr. Germain Seligman ordered a self-contained wardrobe, and to give it greater stability the cabinet maker suggests that it be attached to the south wall of the bedroom.

Before proceeding, Mr. Seligman would greatly appreciate your authorization to do so.
