Dear Sirs:

A friend of mine, a resident of your city, informs me that you have been good enough to reserve for me a room with bath for a period of one week to ten days, beginning with February 18. As a matter of fact, this reservation may have been made in the name of Mr. Pierre Colle.

In order to avoid any possible misunderstanding, I would appreciate it if you were kind enough to confirm to me to the above address said reservation.

Sincerely yours,

(Germain Seligman)
