Dear Sir:

In the absence of Mr. Germain Seligman I am acknowledging receipt of your letter of July 2nd., and wish to thank you on his behalf for the photographs which you have sent under separate cover.

I shall forward your letter and the photographs, when they arrive, as soon as possible to Mr. Seligman, and meanwhile await receipt of your letter in answer to Mr. Seligman's of May 17th.
