Dear Mr. Hornstein:

It gives me pleasure to advise you that the drawing by Francesco PANNINI - "View of the Galleria at the Palazzo Farnese" - will be shipped to your home tomorrow, by Air Express, as agreed - all expenses prepaid. The glass has of course been replaced by plexiglass. The drawing will remain insured by my Firm up to its delivery.

Herein, you will find my Firm's invoice in the amount of U.S.$6,650., as well as two sheets - may I ask you to return one with your signature, thus acknowledging the save arrival of the case. And also the four forms (M-A) which I understand are required by Canadian Customs and which I assume will suit the purpose.

May I repeat that should you not be pleased with the present frame I will gladly order one in black, as you mentioned earlier.

Trusting I may hear from you that the shipment has arrived in tood condition.

Yours very sincerely,

Germain Seligman
