General:
I am directed to enclose herewith the discharge of Robert Scoot, late of Co: "C" 1st U.S.C. Troops, whose claim for bounty is allowed, and the amount ($100.00) in the hands of the C.D.O. of this Bureau, for remittance to claimant.
