General:
Referring to your endorsement of date April 11, forwarding to this office, approved, an application of Mr. Geo. W. Graham. A.S.A. Com. for transportation of Misses M.A. Adee and L.A. Coulter, teachers, from Simmons Station N.Y. to Keysville, Va., you are respectfully informed that, upon a previous application made by Mr. Graham, forwarded to this office, through the office of the General Superintendent of Schools, transportation for the above-named ladies was issued and sent to Rev. J. B. Lee, Brushland, N.Y., with a letter of transmittal, of which the enclosed is a copy.
