I am directed to enclose herewith the discharge of Paul Washington, late Private Co: "F" 1st Regt. U.S. C. Troops, whose claim for bounty, &c. is allowed, and the amount ($150.00) in the hands of the Chief Disbursing Officer of this Bureau for remittance to claimant.

The claim was forwarded by B. C. Cook, A.S.A.C. of the Bureau at Richmond, Virginia.

Please acknowledge receipt of discharge, giving number of this letter.
