I am directed to enclose herewith the discharge of Henry Moss, late Pvt: Co: "K" 118th U. S. C. Troops, whose claim for bounty, &c. is allowed and the amount ($151.82) in the hands of the Chief Disbursing Officer of this Bureau for remittance to claimant.
