General,
I am directed by the Commissioner to enclose herewith $2.50 from Emiline Hall to pay the fare of her son Albert L. Phillips (who she says is with Moulton in Moulton) from Milford Depot, Va, to this city.  Please transmit the same, through the nearest Bureau agent with directions to forward the boy, and notify her when he is sent as was done her youngest child was transported by this Bureau.
