General,
You are respectfully informed that, by direction of Secretary of War, the buildings erected by this  Bureau for educational purposes or borne on its returns, and used for like purposes, situated on the following described real estate, owned by the American Missionary Association, were on the first instant transferred to said Association, and should be dropped from the returns, when borne thereon:

1. One acre of land in the Southwest corner of the so called "Howard Farm," and lying upon Mill Creek, on which is the Church Hill or Armstrong School House.
