The arbitrators would most respectfully add, that it is evident from the desparition of the Freedmen living on the Taylor farm, that Mr. Taylor cannot obtain actual possession of his farm so as to equitably terminate the rent charge_ without assistance other than civil authorities can render_ unless at an onerous cost to Mr. W. E. Taylor. Given under our hands the day and date above written.

Which amount if correct, I would thank you to pay, and when this is done, I hope to bring your attention the Status of the Farm as to its occupation, which will I trust, place Mr. T. in a better position.
