Dear Sir.

Permit me to introduce to your favorable notice, Rev. H. Eddy, of Conn., who is under our commission as a Missionary in your field.

Thro' prof. Woodbury, we signified our assent to the proposal to send men who could act as Agents, or Superintendents, in some of your districts. We have selected Mr. Eddy for one of the number. He will aid you in your labor for the improvement of the people, all he can.

Yours truly,
Geo. Whipple
Sec.
