I have the honor to enclose notices to the overseers of the Poor in the following counties, Viz: Albemarle, Culpeper, Caroline, Fluvanna, Goochland, Hanover, King & Queen, Louisa, Middlesex, Rappahannock, & Spottsylvania.-

The Assistant Commissioner directs that you forward them to the Asst Supts for delivery, as soon as possible.
 
Other notices will be forwarded on the receipt of the Superintendents return.-
