being at this time no officer of the United States in said county to see Justice done your petitioners) to prevent this outrageous trespass, he will be without a legal, & sufficient remedy, & at the mercy of this evil, man - The said Maney does not own any property, & can therefore commit any sort of trespass, on the said property, with impunity, unless prevented by your Honor_

Your Petitioner therefore, prays that this trespass, & outrage may be prevented, & that the said Maney may be compelled to leave the said tract of land, & surrender it to your Petitioner_
