Directs that, until the Bureau of Refugees &c can establish a Dispensary in the city, the Medical Officer in charge of the U.S. Dispensary will fill all prescription of phycians attached to the Bureau.  A list of physicians attached to the Bureau, in the several Dists of the city, is also appended.
