In Phila. 2 Societies say substantially the same, and express great surprise at the state of things that makes it possible for you to furnish them with any considerable numbers, and think they will enter into the work very heartily, and do a large business in that line. 
In New York our Associations will advertise and do what they can, but think the Brooklyn Asso. will do all you will want done, and they also say so too. Will write you as soon as they can have a meeting. 
Boston people I expect will not do as much, but expect to get the matter before them soon, and will report progress also of all the other Associations.
