Superintendents of Districts will forward to this Office on or before the 31st day of August, inst, a list of all places in their District where in their judgment not less than fifty (50) colored children can be convened for the purpose of a school:
In connection with each place they will state as near as practicable the whole number of children who might attend school and what conveniences are at the command of the Bureau for school rooms and quarters for teachers.
