are restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership on the following conditions: 

1st  The property will be turned over to Mr. Miles upon the expiration of the lease of any third party or parties if any exist.

2nd  That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.

II.  So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it the property of Mr. George Loyal consisting of house and lot, No. 90 East Main St. Norfolk, Va. is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, on the following conditions:

1st  The property will be turned over to Mr. Loyal upon the expiration of the lease of any third party or parties, if any exists

2nd  That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which may have accrued.

III.  Chaplain N. Wardner, 96th N.Y. Vols. having been assigned to duty in this Bureau, under Special Orders, No. 230, Par. 3, Hd. Qrs. Dept. of Va. dated Richmond, Va. August 24th 1865, will report without delay, to Capt. F. T. P. Crandon A.Q.M. and Superintendent R.F. & A.L. 4th Dist. at Gordonsville, Va.

Capt. Charles H. Coxe, 24th U.S.C.T. having reported for duty in this Bureau, under Special Orders, No. 202, Par. 5, Hd. Qr. Dept. of Va., dated Richmond, Va July 27th 1865, is hereby appointed Acting Assistant Adjutant General.

As far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Mrs. Hipkins, widow of John Hipkins consisting of one house and lot situated near the intersection of Duke and Washington Sts. Norfolk Va, is restored to her with all the rights and privileges of ownership upon the following conditions:-

1st.  The property will be turned over to Mrs. Hipkins upon the expiration of the lease of any third party or parties, if any exists.

2nd,  That nothing in this order be construed as entitling her to compensation
