Bureau R. F & A. L. Washington, D.C. 22nd May 1865 and upon the following conditions: 

1st The Property will be turned over to Mr. P. Burkhardt upon the expiration of the lease of any third party or parties, if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which may have accrued.

II  So far as any Jurisdiction of the Bureau extends over it, the property of Alexander Wentzell in Harpers Ferry, Va. is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership subject to the requirements of Circular No. 3. War Dept. Bureau R. F & A. L, Washington D.C. 22nd May 1865 and upon the following conditions: 

1st  The Property will be turned over to Mr. Alexander Wentzell upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which may have accrued.

III  So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Otto Hewitt in Bolivar Jefferson Co. Va is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership subject to the requirements of Circular No. 3, War Dept. Bureau R. F. & A. L. Washington, D.C. 22nd May 1865 and upon the following conditions: 

1st The property will be turned over to Mr. Otto Hewitt upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order can be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which may have accrued.

IV So far as any jurisdiction on the Bureau extends over it, the property of Lewis Keper situated in Bolivar Jefferson Co. Va. is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership subject to the requirements of Circular No. 3, War Dept Bureau R. F & A. L. Washington D.C. 22nd May 1865 and upon the following conditions:

1st The property will be turned over to Mr. Lewis Keper upon the expiration of the lease of any third party or parties, if any exists. 

2nd  That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which may have accrued. 

V.  So far as any Jurisdiction on the Bureau extends over it the property of Mr. Wm Hewitt, situated in Bolivar Jefferson Co. Va., is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Circular No. 3, War Dept. Bureau R.F & A.L. Washington, D.C. 22nd May 1865, and upon the following conditions:

1st The property will be turned over to Mr. Wm Hewitt upon the expiration of the lease of any third party or parties, if any exists. 

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which may have accrued.
