upon the following conditions viz: 

1st The property will be handed over to Mr. Bolling upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists. 

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.

I. So far any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Dr. O.F. Baxter, known as the Walker, Dozier & Olds farms in Princess Anne Co. Va is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership subject to the requirements of Circular No. 3, War Dept. Bureau R.F. & A.L. Washington, D.C. 22nd May 1865 and upon the following conditions, viz:

1st The property will be turned over to Dr. Baxter upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.

II. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of John A. Strachan consisting of a dwelling house, with furniture and yard at Point of Rocks, Va. is restored to him, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions, viz:

1st The property will be turned over to Mr. Strachan upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.

Capt. Barnes will carry out the arrangement contemplated in assigning him such land as can be spared from the Hospital.

III. So far any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of F.A. Schmelz, consisting of certain lots of land in Hampton, Va., is restored to him, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Circular No. 3, War Dept. Bureau R.F. & A.L. Washington, D.C. 22nd May 1865, and upon the following conditions.

1st The property will be turned over to Mr. Schmelz upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which may have accrued.
