2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.

The Superintendent of the 2nd District will make proper conditions respecting the use of the wharf upon the premises by the Government.

IV Capt. D.W. Bohanon, 2nd N. H. Vols. is hereby appointed Superintendent of the 10th District, consisting of the counties of Fauquier, Prince William, Stafford, King George, Westmoreland, Richmond, Northumberland, and Lancaster with his Hd. Qrs. at King George C. H.

I So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the possession of the building known as Co. G's Drill Hall, situated on Church Hill, Richmond, Va. will be surrendered.

II The Superintendent of the Fifth District is hereby directed to allow Dr. Armistead Mott of Leesburg, Loudon Co., Va to remain in undisturbed possession of his house, shop and lot in that place until a decision obtained from the United States Court approving or reversing the decree of confiscation against him.

III In conformity to order from the War Dept.

Bureau R.F & A.L. the Superintendent of the Fifth Dist, Va. is hereby directed to refrain from proceedings against the property of Messrs. William B. Lynch and H.O. Claggett of Leesburg, Loudon Co. until the result of their application to the Attorney General for the release of said property is known.

IV  It appearing that the libel and proceedings were dismissed in the case of the United States vs. the property of William H. Gray situated in Loudon Co. Va. said property is released from the operation of Circular No. 1, Land Dept., of this Bureau and all jurisdiction and control of this Bureau over said property is relinquished.

V. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Mrs. Parthenia Collins, consisting of a lot of land situated at City Point, Va. is restored to her, with all the rights and privileges of ownership upon the following conditions, viz:

1st The property will be turned over to Mrs. Collins upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling her to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued,
