B. Whitehead consisting of a tract of land immediately adjoining Portsmouth in the county of Norfolk, Va. and a tract near Bernard's Mill in the county of Nansemond, Va. is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Circular No. 3, War Dept. Bureau R. F. & A. L. Washington, D.C. 22nd May 1865 and upon the following conditions, viz:

1st The property will be turned over to Mr. Whitehead upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists. 

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which may have accrued prior to the 19th August 1865, the date of Mr. Whitehead's pardon. 

II. 1st Lt F. D. Friday, Com'd'g Co "B", 24th U.S.C.T. will proceed to Point of Rocks, Va on business connected with a detachment of his company at that place.

III. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Josephine, wife of William Calwell, Calvert, Ella and James Lewelling, minor children of Jane E. Lewelling, (widow) consisting of a lot of land and a woodhouse situated on the N.W. corner of Bute and Cumberland Sts. Norfolk, Va. is restored to them with all the rights and privileges of ownership upon the following conditions, viz:-  

1st The property will be turned over to the above named parties upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists. 

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling them to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.

12th September 1865
I. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property formerly owned by William G. Young, now held by the Bureau as abandoned, and also such abandoned property as he holds in trust for minor children, consisting in all of two thousand nine hundred and fifty (2950) acres of land in Warwick Co. Va. are restored with all the rights and privileges of ownership subject to the requirements of Circular No. 3, War Dept. Bureau R. F. & A. L. Washington, D.C. 22nd May 1865 and upon the following conditions, viz:

1st The property will be restored upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or
