I So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of James Cheeves of Petersburg, Va. consisting of houses and lots in the city of Petersburg Va. and plantations in Prince George and Nansemond Counties, Va. is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Circular No. 3, War Dept. Bureau R.F. & A.L. Washington, D.C. 22nd May 1865 and upon the following conditions, viz; - 

1st The property will be turned over to Mr Cheeves upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists. 

2nd That nothing in this order be construed

as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued. 

II So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Henry W Clowe consisting of one small brick house in Harper's Ferry Va is restored to him, if it can be done without special injury to the interests of the Bureau, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions, viz: - 

1st The property will be turned over to Mr. Clowe upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists. 

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which may have accrued. 

III So far as any jurisdiction of this bureau extends over is the property of William H. Martin consisting of one small brick house on Shenandoah St. in Harper's Ferry, Va. is restored to him, if it can be done without special injury to the interests of the Bureau, with all the rights and privileges of ownership upon the following conditions, viz:

1st The property will be turned over to Mr. Martin upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists. 

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued. 

IV It appearing that the property of Mrs Elizabeth Devine, consisting of one
