lot in Hampton, Va, situated on Queen St. was never abandoned, it is restored to her, so far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, subject to the requirements of Circular No. 3, War Dept. Bureau R.F. & A.L. Washington, D.C. 22nd May 1865 and upon the following conditions, viz:

1st The property will be turned over to Mrs. Devine upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling her to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.

So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Armistead T. Rust, consisting of four hundred (400) acres of land, with buildings thereupon situated in Loudon Co. Va., is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Circular No. 3, War Dept. Bureau R.F. & A.L. and upon the following conditions, viz: -

1st The property will be turned over

to Mr. Rust upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.

To avoid a multiplicity of Quartermasters papers, no Quartermasters' accounts will be rendered by Assistant Superintendents, and no transfers of Quartermasters' property to Assistant Superintendents will appear on the papers of Superintendents. All Quartermasters property will be accounted for on the papers of Superintendents.
