V. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of H.F. Woodhouse, consisting of a tract of Land called "Hackwood", containing Five-hundred and fifty-one acres, more or less, situated on the Great Bridge Road, Princess Ann County Va. is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the

requirements of Circular No. 3, War Dept. Bureau R.F. and A.L. and upon the following conditions, viz:

1st. The property will be turned over to Mr. Woodhouse, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists.

2nd. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.

VI. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Edward P. Wilson, consisting of a house and lot situated on the

South Side of Queen Street, in the city of Portsmouth Va. is restored to the above-named E.P. Wilson with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon on the following conditions viz: -

1st. The property will be turned over to the above-named Edward P. Wilson, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party of parties, if any exists

2nd. That nothing is this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or to rent which may have accrued.

VII. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Wm M Wilson and Thos. M. Wilson consisting of a double house - frame - on the west side of Church Street, between Bute and Queen Streets, in the city of Norfolk Va, is restored to them with all the rights and privileges of ownership upon the following conditions - viz; -

1st. The property will be turned over to the above-named Wm M. Wilson and Thos. M. Wilson upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists.

2nd. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling them to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which have accrued.
