1st The property will be turned over to J. Hardy Henderson upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or rents which may have accrued.

So far as any Jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of W.W. Davis, consisting of certain Houses and lots situated in the City of Portsmouth Va. is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership upon the following conditions viz:-

1st The Property will be restored to W.W. Davis upon the Expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or rents which may have accrued.

The Hospital and Asylum for orphans and indigent persons at Point of Rocks Va are hereby ordered to be broken up.

The sick will be removed under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer, to Howard Grove Hospital, Richmond.

The orphans and indigent will be removed to Camp Lee, Richmond. All property connected with the Hospital at Point Rocks will be placed as the disposal of Surgeon De Lamater, Chief Medical Officer.

Capt Barnes will give Surgeon DeLamater such aid in the way of guards and in removing the property, as he may require.

The Quartermaster's Department will please furnish transportation.

I  So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of F.A.Walke, consisting of a house and lot situated on the corner of Maine and Commerce Streets, Norfolk Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership upon the following conditions Viz:-

1st The Property will be restored to F.A.Walke upon the Expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or rents which may have accrued.
