So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of John A. Ashton, consisting of a house and lot situate on the North side of High Street, in the City of Portsmouth Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions Viz:-

1st The Property will be turned over to John A. Ashton upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or rents which may have accrued.

III   So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Margaret L. Peed, consisting of a house and lot situate on the Southwest corner of Washington and County Streets and the lot adjoining thereto, on Washington Street, Portsmouth Va, is restored to her with all the rights and privileges of ownership upon the following conditions Viz:-

1st The Property will be turned over to Margaret L. Peed upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling her to compensation for damages to the property or rents which may have accrued.

IV  So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of George Blow Sr, consisting of a lot of land, situate at the South-eastern intersection of London and Crawford  Streets in the City of Portsmouth Va, also a brick tenement, situate on the West side of Market Square, in the City of Norfolk Va, is restored to her with all the rights and privileges of ownership subject to the requirements of Circular No 3. upon the following conditions Viz:-

1st The Property will be turned over to George Blow, Sr. upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or rents which may have accrued. 

V.  So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of W. Y. Taylor, consisting of a house and lot, situate on Dartmouth Street in the City of Norfolk Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership subject to the requirements of Circular No 3. upon the following conditions Viz:-

1st The Property will be turned over to W. Y. Taylor upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or rents which may have accrued.
