[[/strikethrough]] Assistant [[/strikethrough]] Superintendents will forward with the least possible delay the Report, by name, of indigent Freedmen, dependent on the Government, with the Counties to which they belong, called for by Circular Letter of the 3rd inst.
 Especial diligence will be used to complete this list as promptly as possible.

I. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Lemuel Pumphrey consisting of a house and lot situated on the corner of Bute and Catherine Streets in the City of Norfolk Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions-Viz:-

1st The property will be returned over to Lemuel Pumphrey upon the expiration of the lease if any third party or parties if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property for rents which may have accrued.

II  So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of John B Johnson consisting of a lot, piece or parcel of land, situated in the City of Portsmouth Va, commencing on the South side of High Street twenty-one feet east of the intersection of High and Crawford Streets, thence running East on High Street twenty-one feet, thence South, parallel with Crawford Street ninety-one feet, thence west, parallel with High Street forty-two feet, to Crawford Street, thence north on Crawford Street, thirty-one feet, thence East twenty-one feet, thence North, sixty-feet, to the beginning on High Street, is restored to him with all  rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Cir No 3, C.S. War Dept. Bureau R. F. and A. L. and upon the following conditions-Viz:-

1st The property will be turned over to John B. Johnson upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists 

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or rents which may have accrued.

III   So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of W. W. Silvester consisting of lands situated in Norfolk City, Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Cir. No. 3 C.S. War Dept Bureau R.F. and A.L. and upon the following conditions-Viz:-

1st The property will be turned over to
