of ownership, upon the following conditions viz: 

1st The property will be turned over to Absalom Bland upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or rents which may have accrued.

II  So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Joseph R. Woodley, consisting of a house and lot, situated on Middle Street, bounded West by the said Street, South by the lot belonging to Thomas E. Bain, and North by the lot of John Nash in the City of Portsmouth Va., is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions viz:

1st The property will be turned over to Joseph R. Woodley, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or rents which may have accrued.

III   So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of David Carter dec'd, consisting of a house and lot no. 46, Cumberland Street, and House & lot No 88 Main Street, in the City of Norfolk Va is restored to David M. Carter

Administrator of David Carter, dec'd, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions-viz:-

1st The property will be turned over to David M. Carter Administrator of David Carter dec'd, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or rents which may have accrued.

IV  So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of George Booker and his mother, consisting of two tracts of land, one of which contains two-hundred and seventy (270) acres, and the other six hundred (600) acres, situate, lying and being in Elizabeth City County Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions viz:

1st The property will be turned over to George Booker and his mother, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling them to compensation for damages to the property or rents which may have accrued.

V.  All Stock, farming tools, and other personal property belonging to George Booker and his mother, which have not been sold, will be restored to them.
