Special Orders
No 77.

I  So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of James B. Jones, consisting of a farm situate, lying and being in Chesterfield County Va, known as "Jones Landing", is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership subject to the requirements of Circular No 3. C.S War Dept. Bureau R.F + A.L. and upon the following conditions- viz:

 1st The property will be turned over to James B. Jones, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists. 

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or rents which may have accrued. 
  
II. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of R.H. Davis, consisting of a tract of land, situate, lying and being in Elizabeth City County Va. and bounded as follows: On the North by a branch of Back River, on the South by the land of Dr. Howard Poole- on the east by Back River and on the West by the land of Robert S. Hudgins, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Cir No 3. War Dept. Bureau

1st The property will be turned over to R.H Davis, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or rents which may have accrued. 

III  So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of H. J. Dalby, consisting of a Woodhouse and lot, situated on the North side of Bute Street in the City of Norfolk Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions. viz:

1st The property will be turned over to H. J. Dalby, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exist.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or rents which may have accrued
