restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions, Viz:
1st- The property will be turned over to Henry Tabb upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists.-
2nd- That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued. 

III...So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Alexander Bell, consisting of Rothery Warehouse and Wharf, designated No 5, situated in the City of Norfolk, Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions, Viz: 
1st- The property will be turned over to Alexander Bell upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists. 
2nd- That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.-

IV...So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of William Walke, consisting of a house and lot, situated on the corner of Chapel & Holt streets, in the City of Norfolk, Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions, Viz: 
1st- The property will be turned over to William

V....So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Susan W Campbell, wife of James Campbell, consisting of a house and lot, situated at the corner of Cumberland and Wolfe Streets, in the City of Norfolk, Va, is restored to her with all the rights and privileges of ownership, with the following conditions, Viz: 
1st- The property will be turned over to Susan W Campbell upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists,-
2nd- That nothing in this order be construed as entitling her to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.-
