I....So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of James H. Johnston, consisting of the house and lot No 80 Main Street, in the City of Norfolk Va., is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions Viz:
1st The property will be turned over to James H. Johnston, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties if any exists.
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or rents which may have accrued.

II....So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of the Norfolk Building Fund Association, consisting of a lot, piece, or parcel of land with the buildings thereon, lying between Scott, Jefferson and No 2 Streets, in the City of Norfolk Va., is restored to them with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par 8. Cir. No. 15 C.S. War Dept. Bureau R.F. & A.L., and upon

the following conditions Viz:
1st The property will be turned over to the Norfolk Building Fund Association, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling them to compensation for damages to the property, or rents which may have accrued.

III....So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Benjamin Johnson, consisting of two tracts of land, situated in Prince William Co. Va., is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par. 8 Cir. No 15 C.S. War Dept Bureau R.F. & A.L. and upon the following conditions, Viz:
1st The property will be turned over to Benjamin Johnson upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists.
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or rents which may have accrued.
