I...Capt. George L. White. Chief Q.M.A. Bureau R.F.&A.L. will proceed to Washington D.C. on business connected with the Bureau, the same having been performed, he will rejoin these Head Quarters without delay. 

II...So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of John Hawkins consisting of a tract of land, situated in Warwick Co. Va., is restored to him, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par. 8 Cir. No 15. C.S. War Dept. Bureau R.F& A.L. and upon the following conditions, Viz: 
1st The property will be turned over to John Hawkins upon the expiration of the lease, to any third party, or parties, if any exists. 
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or rents which may have accrued-

III...So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of B.F. Hudgins, consisting of a tract of land, situated in Elizabeth City Co. known as "Shady Bank" is restored to him, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par 8. Cir. No 15. C.S. War Dept. Bureau R.F & A.L. and upon the following

conditions Viz: 
1st The property will be turned over to B.F. Hudgins, upon the expirations of the lease to any third party, or parties if any exists. 
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or rents which may be accrued.

1st The property will be turned over to Peter F. Schleiker upon the expiration of the lease to any third or party, or parties if any exist. 
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or rents which may have accrued. 

III...So far any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Hamilton S. Neal, consisting of a tract of land, situated in Northampton Co. Va, known as "Mockon"
