and upon the following conditions Viz:
1st The property will be turned over to Everett Williamson upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists.
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or rents which may have accrued.

II....So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of L.T. Winder consisting of a tract of land situated in Elizabeth City County Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par 8 Cir. No 15 C.S. War Dept. Bureau R.F. & A.L. and upon the following conditions Viz:
1st The property will be turned over to L.T. Winder upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties if any exists.
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or rents which may have accrued.

III....So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, all personal property in possession of this Bureau, belonging to John A. Green, is restored to William G. Young, his Guardian with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions Viz:

I....So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of John Owens, held by this Bureau as abandoned, consisting of a "Frame Building" situated in that part of Portsmouth. Va., called "Newtown" is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions Viz:
1st The property will be turned over to John Owens upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists.
