November 25th 1865.

II...So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Zadock W. Cully, consisting of a house and lot, situated on the South Side of South Street, in the City of Portsmouth Va., is restored to him  with all the rights and privileges of ownership upon the following conditions Viz:
1st The property will be turned over to Zadock W. Cully upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exist.
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or rents, which may have accrued-

II...So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of R.J. and William Neely, consisting of a lot, piece, or parcel of land, situated in that part of the City of Portsmouth Va., called Newtown, is restored to them, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par 8 Gen No 15 C.S. War Dept. Bureau R.F. & A.L. and upon the following conditions Viz:
1st The property will be turned over to R.J. and W. Neely upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties if any exists.
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling them to compensation for damages to the property, or rents which may have accrued.

III... So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of H.B. Grigsby consisting of two houses No 6 & 8 East Main Street, in the City of Norfolk Va., is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions Viz:
1st The property will be turned over to H.B. Grigsby upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists.
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or rents which may have accrued.

1st The property will be turned over to R.C. Taylor, W.H. Taylor, Geo. Chamberlaine & Alexina
