is restored to her with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par 8. Cir No 15. C.S. War Dept. Bureau R.F. & A.L. and upon the following conditions Viz:
1st The property will be turned over to Martha M. Haynes, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties if any exists.
2nd That nothin in this order be construed as entitling her to compensation for damages to the property, or rents which may have accrued.

III....So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Robert G. Custer, consisting of a tract of land, situated in Warwick Co. Va., is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par 8 Cir. No 15. C.S. War Dept. Bureau R.F. & A.L. and upon the following conditions Viz:
1st The property will be turned over to Robert G. Curtis upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists.
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages tot he property, or rents which may have accrued.

IV....So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of John Patrick, consisting of a tract

Superintendents will instruct their Assistants, that, in the making of Contracts between Whites and Freedmen it is not necessary to adhere to the form of Contract sent from this Office

Any Contract that secures the right of both parties, will be considered Valid by the Agents of the Bureau.
