I...So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Edward Kearns, consisting of a house and lot, situated on the East Side of Crawford Street, near the New Market House in the City of Portsmouth Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions Viz:
1st The property will be turned over to Edward Kearns upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists.
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or rents which may have accrued.

all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par 8. Cir No 15 C.S. War Dept. Bureau R.F. & A.L. and upon the following conditions Viz:
1st The property will be turned over to George G. Hodges upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists.
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or rents which may have accrued.

II....So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Wm. N. Gregory decd, consisting of a tract of land, known as "Gregory farm", situated in Princess Ann Co. Va., is restored to Silas S. Gregory, Administrator, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par. 8 Cir No. 15, C.S. War Dept. Bureau R.F. & A.L. and upon the following conditions, Viz:
1st The property will be turned over to Silas S. Gregory, Administrator, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists.
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or rents which may have accrued.
