City of Portsmouth Va., is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions Viz:
1st The property will be turned over to Jas P. Crismond, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists.
2nd That nothing in the order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or rents which may have accrued.

IV...So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Stephen Cowley consisting of house & lot, situated at the intersection of London and Middle Streets, in the City of Portsmouth Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions Viz:
1st The property will be turned over to Stephen Cowley upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties if any exists.
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or rents which may have accrued.

V...So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Gro. L. Neville, consisting of a house and lot, situated on Fayett Street, in that part of Portsmouth Va, called Newtown, is

1st The property will be turned over to Geo. L. Neville, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists.
2nd That nothing in this order shall be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or rents which may have accrued.
