III...So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of R.S. Hudgins consisting of a tract of Land situated in Elizabeth City Co Va is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of Ownership subject to the requirements of Par 8 Cir 15 C.S. War Dept Bureau RF &AL and upon the following conditions Viz-
1st The property will be turned over to R.S. Hudgins upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists-
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or rents which may have accrued-

1st The property will be turned over to E.E Savage upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or third parties if any exists-
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or rents which may have accrued-

II...So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Mrs Emma Blackwell consisting of the house and lot No 90 North side of Bute St in the City of Norfolk Va is restored to her with all the rights and privileges of ownership upon the following conditions- viz-
1st The property will be turned over to Mrs Emma Blackwell upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties if any exists
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling her to compensation for damages to the property or rents which may have accrued.
