E, 1st Battalion, 12th U.S. Infantry, is hereby relieved from duty in the Bureau of Refugees, Freedmen, and Abandoned Lands, State of Va., and will report to his company at Fort Monroe Va., for duty without delay. The Quartermaster's Department will furnish transportation. II The following named officers having reported in compliance with par II Special order No. 120, War Department, Bureau RF and AL series of 1865, are hereby ordered to report in person without delay to Captain Stuart Barnes AQM and Supt., Bureau RF and AL, 2nd Dist., State of Va. I ...So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Francis H. Lee, consisting of the undivided half of a tract of land, formerly belonging to Wm. Lee, containing one hundred and seventy two acres, situated in York County, Va. is restored to him, with all the personal property, with all the rights and priviliges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par 8, Cir 15, Series 1865, War Dept. Bureau R.F. and A. L. and upon the following conditions- Viz. 1st The property of Francis H. Lee, will be restored to him upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists- 2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued- II ...So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Wm. Richards, consisting of a dwelling house and lot, situated in the town of Harpers Ferry, Jefferson County, W. Va., is restored to him with all the rights and priviliges of ownership, upon the following conditions- Viz 1st The property will be returned to Wm.
