Special Order
No. 20. 
January 26th, 1866. 

I. The following named Officers having reported in compliance with Par. 23, S.O. 16, C.S. War Department, A.G.O. are hereby ordered to report in person, without delay, to Captain Stuart Barnes, A.Q.M. and Superintendent, Bureau R. F. and A.L, Petersburg, Va, for assignment to duty - to relieve officers whose regiments have been ordered to be mustered out of service.

2nd Lieut, Geo. R. Buffum, 9th. Regt. V.R.C. 

II. The following named Officers having reported in compliance with Par 1. S.O. 120, War Department, Bureau R.F. and A.L, Series of 1865, are hereby ordered to report in person, without delay, to Captain T. F. P. Crandon, A.Q.M. and Superintendent, Bureau R.F. and A.L, Gordonsville, Va, for assignment to duty - to relieve Officers whose regiments have been ordered to be mustered out of service. 

2nd Lieut. A. B. Sweeney, 8th V.R.C. 

III. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it,

the property of Robert Robertson, deceased, consisting of houses and lots No 87 and 89, East Main Street, Norfolk, Va, is restored to William Robertson, and other heirs of Robert Robertson, deceased, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions viz: 

1st The property will be restored to William Robertson and, other heirs of Robert Robertson, deceased, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists. 

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling them to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.
