Special Orders
No. 25.

I. . . . The following named officers having reported in compliance with Par 2, S.O. 13, C.S, War Department, Bureau R.F. & A.L., are hereby ordered to report in person, without delay, to Captain C.B. Wilder, A.Q.M. and Superintendent, 9th Dist. Bureau R.F. & A.L, Va, Fort Monroe, Va., for assignment to duty - to relieve officers whose regiments have been ordered to be mustered out of service.

2nd Lieut. Lemuel K. Morton, 15th Regt. V.R.C.

II. . . . So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Mrs. A.A. Wright, consisting of a house and lot, No. 17 Freemason Street, Norfolk, Va., is restored to Jno. R. Todd, her agent, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions.

1st. The property will restored to Jno R. Todd, Agent for Mrs. A.A. Wright, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists.

2nd. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling M,rs. A.A. Wright to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.

III. . . . So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Mary A. Mears, consisting of a lot of land, situated in the town of Hampton, Va., is restored to her with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions, viz:

1st. The property will be restored to Mary A. Mears, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties, if any exists.

2nd. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling her to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.

IV. . . . So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Samuel Wood, consisting of a lot of land, situated in the town of Hampton, Va., is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, upon the following conditions.

1st. The property will be restored to Samuel Wood upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists.

2nd. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.

V. . . . So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, all personal property in possession
