II...The following named officers having reported in compliance with S.O. 16, Par. 23, C.S, War Department, A.G.O. are hereby ordered to report in person, without delay, to Captain C.B. Wilder, A.Q.M. and Superintendent 9th Dist, Bureau R.F. and A.L, Fort Monroe, Va, for assignment to duty -- to relieve officers whose regiments have been ordered to be mustered out of service.

III...So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Hiram Herrington, consisting of a house and lot, situated in Bolivar, Jefferson County, Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership upon the following conditions - Viz: 

1st The property will be restored to Hiram Herrington upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order

be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or rents which may have accrued.

IV...So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Ann Caine, deceased, consisting of a lot of land, situated in the town of Hampton, Elizabeth City County, Va, is restored to George W. Caine, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par 8, Cir. 15, War Dept. Bureau R.F. and A.L, Series 1865, and upon the following conditions - Viz:

1st The property will be restored to George W. Caine, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.

V...So far as any jurisdiction of the Bureau extends over it, the property of Thos. Lee Shippen, consisting of a tract of land, containing six hundred and sixty five acres, more, or less, situated in the County of Chesterfield, Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership subject to the requirements of Par 8
