rights and privilege of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par 8, Cir. 15, Series 1865, War Dept. Bureau R.F. and A.L., and upon the following conditions - Viz:

1st. The property will be restored to F.A. Weedon, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists.

2nd. That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damagea to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.

III. . . So far as any jurisdiction of the Bureau extends over it, the property of William Roberts deceased, consisting of a tract of land, containing one hundred and eighty acres, more, or less, situated in Princess Anne County, Va., is restored to J.J. Borroughs, Administrator, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par 8, Cir. 15, Series 1865, War Dept, Bureau R.F. & A.L., and upon the following conditions - Viz:

1st. The property will be restored to J.J. Borroughs, Administrator, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order to be construed as entitling the heirs to compensation for damages

IV... Charles A. Raymond, United State Hospital Chaplain, having reported in compliance with Par 11. S.O. 36, C.S. War Dept. A.G.O. is hereby assigned to duty as Inspector of Schools, State of Va, with his Head Quarters at Fort Monroe, Va. -

On his arrival at Fort Monroe, he will report by letter to Chaplain R.M. Manly, Supt. of Schools, State of Va, at these Head Quarters.
