II. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of William R. Vaughn and others, heirs of William S. Smith, deceased, consisting of two tracts of land, situated in the County of Elizabeth City, Va, is restored to them with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par. 8, Cir. 15, Series 1865, War Department, Bureau R.F. & A.L, and upon the following conditions, Viz:

1st The property will be restored to William R. Vaughn and others, heirs of William S. Smith, deceased, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling them to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued. 

III. So far as any jurisdiction of the Bureau extends over it, the property of Harriet H. Hudgens, widow of Robert Hudgens, deceased, consisting of a tract of land known as "Lannington" and situated in Elizabeth City County, Va, is restored to her, with all her personal property, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Cir. 15, Par. 8, Series 1865.

1st The property will be restored to Harriet H. Hudgens, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists.

2nd That nothing in these orders be construed as entitling her to compensation for damages to the property or to rents which may have accrued.

IV. So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of George Wray, deceased, consisting of a tract of land, situated in Elizabeth City County, Va, is restored to John Wray, Administrator, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par. 8, Cir. 15, Series 1865, War Department, Bureau R.F. & A.L. and upon the following conditions, Viz:

1st The property will be restored to John Wray, Administrator, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists.

2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling the heirs, to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued.
