Letter of instruction No 2.

Captain:
I herewith enclose you a number of copies of G.O. No. 13 C.S. Q.M. Genl's office, for your own use and for distribution to the Asst.Supts. of your District. 
You will instruct the Assistant Superintendents to make prompt and reliable reports as directed by the order, sending them by the usual channels through these Hd Qrs, to Col. Wm L. James, Chief Q.M. of this Dept. 

They will also immediately acknowledge the receipt of the order both to the 6th Division Q.M. G.O. direct and also through these Hd Qrs to Col. James, stating their intention to comply therewith.
