property of Plume & Company, known as the "Rope Walk", situated in, or near the City of Norfolk, Va, is restored to Richard H. Backer, Jr, trustee, with all the rights and privileges of ownership upon the following conditions, Viz: 

1st, the property will be restored to Richard H. Baker, Jr, trustee, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exist.

2nd, that nothing in this order be construed as entitling the owners to compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued. 

II...So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of John L. Hinton, consisting of a tract of land, situated in Princess Ann County, Va, is restored to him, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par. 8, Cir. 15, Series 1865, War Department, Bureau R. F. and A.L, and upon the following conditions Viz:

1st, The property will be restored to John L Hinton upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists.

2nd, That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property of to rents which may have accrued.

III...So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Thomas C. Parramore, consisting of three tracts of land, situated in the County of Accomac, Va, is restored to him, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par. 8, Cir. 15, Series 1865, War Department, Bureau R.F. and A.L, and upon the following conditions, Viz: 

1st, The property will be restored to Thomas C. Parramore, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists. 

2nd, That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to  compensation for damages to the property, or to rents which may have accrued. 

IV...General S.C. Armstrong, Superintendent 9th Dist, will restore to Mr. C.C. Jett, of Elizabeth City County all personal property belonging to him, in possession of the Bureau. 

V...Genl. S.C. Armstrong, Superintendent 9th Dist, Bureau R.F. and A.L, will restore to Francis M. Jones of Warwick County, Va, all personal property, belonging to him, in possession of the Bureau.
